Vocational Training and Job Placement

 

Our Vocational Training and Job Placement services are designed to help people with barriers to employment succeed in today’s workplace.  We do this by working with each individual to design training and employment opportunities based on personal strengths, capabilities, skills and preferences and by providing training in job skills that reflect work opportunities available in the local labor market.    

Our services include:

Job Development

Working with people to identify their employable skills and helping to market those skills to businesses in the community.

Job Support

Helping ensure continued success by providing ongoing training and support as long as it’s needed.

Group Supported Training

Helping individuals expand and improve employable skills through a supervised trial work experience. We offer group training in a variety of industries, including production and packaging, laundry, landscaping and janitorial occupations.

Ticket to Work

EnTrust is nationally accredited through CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) to ensure that our programs and services meet the highest standards of excellence in the field of Vocational Rehabilitation.
